How do I reset my password?

The reset password option is located on the login page.

What can I do when I am locked out?

YellowFolder Support are the only ones who can unlock accounts, please call Support @ 214-431-3600 option #2 or email support@yellowfolder.com.

Where should I go to download my YellowFolder tools?

After logging in, locate the 4 yellow bricks at the top right hand corner. One of them is the Download button. Click on the icons to begin the download process, then run program.

What formats are the documents stored as?

Most documents are digitized or converted to a PDF format, at 300dpi, in order to meet government standards for digital storage. We also support all MS-Office files as well as TIFF files.

How are documents previously saved on microfilm, microfiche, WAV and/or other electronic methods added to YellowFolder?

These documents are converted to digital media and uploaded into the YellowFolder system online. YellowFolder can process in excess of 400,000 pages per week.
